Transition Year Student Council members Kate Murphy, Ly O’Reilly and Tara Geaney, travelled to Dublin for the CEIST Student Leadership Conference. The theme this year was Making a Difference – Our CEIST Values in Action. There was a focus on the importance of student voice in our schools throughout the day.

This is a wonderful event which brings together student leaders and teachers from each of the 107 CEIST schools to hear about and discuss examples of student leadership happening in CEIST schools.

Students also got to see and experience DCU’s St. Patrick’s Campus, Drumcondra.

Thanks to Ms Walsh for accompanying the students.
