There was a great buzz around the school last Friday as we rounded off Creative Schools Week with a teacher and student still life show down. The participants had only 30 minutes to paint a watermelon that was set up in the middle of the table, they had to know their colour theory as they were only given red, blue, yellow and white paint to work with. They also had to be good at working under pressure as the school crowded around in the beautiful weather to watch their progress. We aimed to make it as much of a challange as possible but they all rose to the occation and produced beautiful work!
