Healthy Eating and Fitness Week will be held in St. Aloysius School from Tuesday 18th to Friday 21st of March. Guest speakers from Arbutus Breads, The Quay Co-op and Ballycotton Seafood will be dropping by, along with TV Chef Rachel Allen. Students will be involved in a variety of activities throughout the week which will give them a deeper understanding of healthy eating, local foods in Cork, and how to maintain an active lifestyle
